Mike recently walked through one of his properties near the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, shortly after a group of medical professionals checked out. Despite a few items left behind and some areas needing attention from the cleaning team, the property itself remained in excellent overall condition.

A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, reliable appliances, bathroom essentials, cleaning supplies, and thoughtful touches can help guests feel more at home during an extended stay.
The property also has a dedicated supply area where the cleaning team can quickly access extra linens, towels, toiletries, coffee supplies, and other essentials. Having systems like this in place helps make turnovers easier and keeps the property prepared for incoming guests.
